Who I Am
I'm Zero, a contemplative psychotherapist, Buddhist practitioner, educator, and conscious dying guide with a background in Buddhist psychology, the anthropology of death and dying, and community death care.
My relationship with this work has grown through years of contemplative practice, study, and experiences accompanying people through suffering, grief, and dying.
What I bring is a steady, wholehearted presence, a love of beauty, and a deep respect for the uniqueness of each person's experience.
I believe that dying, like living, is deeply personal, and that we don't have to navigate it alone. My intention is not to guide anyone toward a particular kind of death, but to meet them where they are, honor what matters to them, and support those who love them in being part of the journey.
